My guests are having trouble signing in and contributing from the email I sent. Can’t they enter their email address and the password I provide?

When you send your invitation it should include the following directions:
1. Go to www.memorypress.com/start
2. Enter…
id: (there should be a word here)
password: (there should be a word here)
You can set the ID and password to whatever you would like. When they receive the email from you, they will use the guest ID and Password to sign in, not their email address.

I have several photos I would like guests to see when they answer my invitation. Although they are in the album on photo pages, they are unable to see them. Any suggestions? I think the photos would really improve the respond rate.

Great Idea. If you place the photos from your album onto pages of your book, your guest will be able to see them. When they click on the contributions on the left side of their screen, they will see all the photos in those contributions. The photos in your album, that are not used in the book, are not available for guests to see. I hope that helps.
