hello,

We are trying to order memorial books at the moment and are a little confused. We are trying to order 12 leather books. Do we purchase the credit for the website first and then customize the books? And if so, if we are buying 12 books, do we buy 2 of the credit packages? Any help would be appreciated on explaining how the steps work to purchasing these books.

In order to get started with our program you will purchase publishing credit first. You only need 1 order of $50 to get started. Then when your book is finished you will approve the final file and place your order for 12 copies at that time. The initial $50 will be deducted, and you will pay the remaining amount.
