Does anyone even post here anymore?

There are VERY few postings in any of the forums, and almost none from the FamilyLearn staff. The latest system announcement was a year ago! I’m starting to wonder whether I should have purchased this software at all… the website seems almost forgotten and haunted, with broken links everywhere and error messages on nearly every page I load. There are supposed to be insturctional videos, but all you get is a description, with nothing you can click to start them. Very discouraging…

I am so sorry you are having trouble with our site. We are most certainly here, and going strong. We would love to help you with your book. Could you call or email customer service to give us more information about the errors you are encountering?

Yes – and all the links to the blog lead to a dead end. I have a lot of questions and will call Monday morning, but the fact that there are few postings and that the “delete picture feature” is still not active after a year is causing me concern. I am having difficulty navigating the site and worry that family I have invited will not be able to contribute to the efforts because it is too hard to figure out.
