For the past few days every time I try to access my account page or hit publish, I get the “We’re sorry, but something went wrong” error message. Also, when I try to edit entries that are in the latter part of my first chapter, the edit page comes up as random entries from my third chapter. I recently updated to the most recent version of Firefox—-is this something that could have caused it or are others having similar problems?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. The week between Christmas and New Years is typically an extremely slow week for us. We took advantage of that to run some updates and maintenance. This would have been the cause of the error message you received. Everything should be working fine now. Be sure to clear you web browser’s cache, by holding down the control key and clicking the refresh button.
If you continue to get error messages please call Customer Service at 888-326-5327. They can look at your book and see what’s going on.
